Two layers. A monthly plan covers the engine, dashboard, integrations, and tier-level features (concurrent tasks, history, etc.). Credits cover the AI work itself — every task consumes credits based on the methodology level and complexity. $1 = 1,000 credits. A Standard task typically uses 15,000–22,000 credits. Credits are used as each step completes — you see the running cost in real time.
Every new account gets 20,000 credits on signup, granted after you verify your email. Credits never expire and the per-credit price is the same on every tier. Free plan adds: 1 member, 1 workspace, 1 concurrent workflow, 2 MCP connections, 1 API key, 7-day history. Plan calls are always free.
If a workflow fails before producing a deliverable, Free plan users receive a full credit refund — you're not charged for work that didn't complete. Pro, Team, and Enterprise users retain access to all completed step outputs from the partial run, so credits for those steps are not refunded.
No. Credits never expire. They sit in your balance until you use them. If you cancel your plan, your credits remain available for future runs (subject to free-tier limits on concurrent tasks).
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Billing — changes take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active through the end of the billing period.
Enterprise is $399/month for up to 50 members, with unlimited workspaces and concurrent workflows, audit log export, custom data residency, and dedicated support. Best for organizations with compliance, procurement, or scale requirements. Contact sales for volume pricing.
